Introducing the AZ Mount Pro featuring "level and go" intuitive GOTO setup
We call it "level and go", the term used to describe iOptron new AZ Mount Pro's simple set up routing. Using its built-in precision level indicator, the operator simply levels the mount and turns on the power; this capable computerized alt-azimuth telescope mount takes it from there. Utilizing the on board 32 channel GPS receiver and built-in position and angular detection sensors; the AZ mount Pro calculates its global position as well as the telescope orientation. Automatically the mount slews the instrument to an easily identifiable bright object in the night sky. The user need only confirm a bright object is in the center of the view, to activate tracking and GOTO functionality.
(Telescopes and secondary dovetail saddle not included)
Features
On board rechargeable lithium ion battery for up to 10 hours of use
33lb primary payload and 10lb secondary payload capacity, with a mount weighing only 13lbs
William Optics Adjustable reducer flattener Flat73R for Z73
New, dedicated 2" flattener by William Optics optimized for use with their Z73 Zenithstar OTA. Designed for APS-C size or smaller imaging chips (not for use with full-frame cameras).
Features an M63 male thread for a direct threaded connection to the Z73 on the telescope side.
On the camera side, the flattener has a male M48x0.75 thread. You can use your Canon or Nikon DSLR directly with the use of an optional M48 camera-specific T-ring (sold separately). With this, your camera chip will be placed at the correct 55mm working distance.
Note that you cannot use this with the smaller T rings that have a 42mm T thread.
The WO Flat73R also has a female M48x0.75 (2" filter thread) on the inside to which you can attach standard 2" filters. To access this thread, you need to unscrew the telescope adapter portion of this flattener.
A very neat fature of this item is that a rotator/camera angle adjuster is built into the mechanism of this item, making a separate rotator unnecessary.
ตัวแปลง SVBONY Prime Focus + Variable Eyepiece Projection Camera adapter, 1.25"
Composed of two detachable parts: a prime-focus adapter for prime-focus photography, and a fixed-length or variable extension tube for eyepiece-projection photography.
Supports maximum of 46mm eyepiece diameter
Connects with SLR & DSLR Camera for Eyepiece Projection Photography
Has a handy laser engraved Extension Scale
The 1.25-inch Extendable camera adapter is made of black anodized aluminum and is suitable for all standard 1.25" astronomical telescopes
Easy to connect camera body (needs T-Ring) to a reflector or refractor telescope for either prime-focus or eyepiece-projection photography.
Can install filter (pipe thread) and compatible with the 1.25-inch eyepiece.
A thumbscrew in the extension tube holds the telescope eyepiece in place. This combination of prime-focus and eyepiece-projection camera adapter has a sliding barrel design that allows variable projection distances.
Built-in protective pressure ring to prevent eyepiece barrel from being scratched.
It’s a very nice Alt/Az Mount. Very easy to use and gives good results most of the time. You need to take time to level the mount head well and balance your scope. Using. 25mm lens to begin with star and planetary alignment is good. Once centred it will track very well
ข้อดี: Simple to use, not too heavy, well constructed and seems rugged enough. Can be adapted to fit most tripods and piers. The built in battery is great. Tracking is precise and only needs tweaking when you GoTo another object. The data base is very impressive.
ข้อเสีย: IOptron needs to look into better finish on their products.. the side panels are plastic and are easily scratched and dented.. these should be made of cast aluminium. A Azmith clutch would be very useful.. it lacks this feature. Balancing scopes can be tricky at times. I had to fashion a counterweight bar and add counterweights to achieve proper balance. The Altitude clutch knobs are an extra they should be included in the price.
I am a beginner and bought this to make sure my scope was set up correctly. The slight problem I had was that the batteries supplied where dead but when I was able to buy new ones it worked very well.
