The Methane (CH4) filter is recommended for planetary imaging of objects like Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and the other planets.

In order to produce good results, you are likely to require relatively longer exposures times and larger aperture telescope with this filter than with other filters.

Application and Performance:

Schott optical substrate
1.25” mounted, (2mm+/-0.05mm)
Surface Quality: 60/40 (Refer to MIL-O-13830)
2 sides fine-optically polished to ensure accurate 1/4 wavefront
30 arcsec parallelism

Filter Ring:

1.25” Mounted (M26*0.6 thread)
Ultra-thin filter cell to minimize vignetting by maximizing possible clear aperture
Black Anodized Finish
Laser Engraving, No Fading

Not Recommended:

Solar Observing and imaging
Visual observation
DO NOT LOOK AT THE SUN WITH ANTLIA FILTERS. Serious eye damage will result if you fail to observe the warning.

Antlia methane (CH4) filter is a specialized filter that allows light in the near infrared portion of the spectrum centered at 889nm to pass through with a bandpass that is 20nm wide. This filter was developed in order to measure finer details and more contrast of the methane that is characteristic of Jupiter, Mars, Saturn and other planets. The human eye is not sensitive to light beyond about 700nm hence no person can see what is transmitted by this filter, so this filter is not suitable for visual applications.

กล้องเล้งดาวเหนือ Sky-Watcher Polar Scope for EQ3 / EQM-35 / HEQ5 / CG4

กล้องเล้งดาวเหนือ Sky-Watcher Polar Scope for EQ3 / EQM-35 / HEQ5/ CG4

Suitable for Skywatcher EQ3, EQ3-2, EQM-35 and Celestron CG4 mounts.
Improved version with screw connection to mount
Precise polar lignment of the mount (for e.g. astrophotography) within a few minutes.
For using the polar scope you need an unobstructed view of Polaris.
This new version supports the Kochab method, which can easily found in the internet, for showing the correct position of Polaris on the reticle.
This polar scope also works on the Southern Hemisphere, by using the position of sigma Octantis

The Sky-Watcher Polar axis finder scope speeds up and refines the polar alignment procedure so the observer can spend more valuable time observing, rather than setting up.

*เลิกผลิตแล้ว* Seestar S30 All-in-One Smart Telescope/Camera Tiny and Mighty

A great starter telescope for electronically assisted astrophotography. Price is excellent for the ease of use and quality of pictures. APP is easy to use. Very quick and easy to setup, especially when weather is unpredictable here in Thailand. Beats setting up the large rig.
