Seestar S50 Pro Smart Telescope
50mm Aperture. The Universe, Revealed.

Pro Performance. Built to Explore.
Five major upgrades. One powerful new Seestar.

Professional-Grade Imaging

All-in-One. Ready for more.

Traditional astrophotography often requires multiple devices—such as a telescope, equatorial mount, and camera—along with complex wiring and setup.

Seestar integrates its core imaging system into one compact device for easy carrying and fast setup. Whether you’re on a family trip or embarking on your next outdoor creative adventure, capture the beauty of the universe whenever inspiration strikes.

Just Three Steps
Create Cosmic Shots in Seconds

From Deep-sky to Everyday Viewing, Capture It All

Four modes cover the universe and the world around you, bringing every discovery into clear view.

50 mm Large Aperture

Sharper Detail. Greater Light-Gathering Power.

With nearly three times the light-gathering area of a 30 mm aperture, the 50 mm aperture delivers faster light collection and greater optical resolving power. Paired with a 4K 1/1.2-inch large-format sensor, it reveals rich detail—from faint structures in deep-sky objects to the intricate textures of the Sun and Moon.

Deep-sky sample images

DSO Mosaic Stitching

Telephoto mosaic capture stitches a wider frame while preserving telephoto detail. It expands the field of view and can output up to 8K high-resolution images.

Professional-Grade Optical Design
Folded optical path design, compact and portable.

4-Element Apochromatic Lens

Engineered to minimize chromatic aberration, the 4-element apochromatic lens (with an Extra-low Dispersion glass) delivers rounder, sharper stars and clean, neutral blacks.
The result is a night sky rendered with clarity and balance — true to what the eye expects and the universe deserves.

Triple Filter System

Astronomical light pollution filter reduces interference from moonlight and urban light pollution.
Dark frame filter subtracts noise from long exposures.
IR-cut filter blocks infrared interference for cleaner astrophotography.

4K Dual-Lens
Ultra-Clear Imaging to See Deeper and Capture Wider

Telephoto and wide-angle cameras work together, both supporting 4K UHD resolution.

The telephoto camera features a 1/1.2" large sensor for clearer deep-sky object details.

The wide-angle camera records a broader starfield, keeping the whole scene in frame.

The dual-camera system balances deep-sky capture with wide-field astro shooting.

Massive Object Database. One-Tap Smart Stargazing.

Select a target in the app and tap GOTO. Seestar automatically locates, tracks, and captures it, delivering cosmic shots in minutes.

One-Tap Post-Processing. Advanced Editing.

Get a polished result with one tap, or take more control with advanced editing tools including star reduction, star removal, cropping, brightness, contrast, noise reduction, saturation, and more. Refine every detail and bring your imagined shot to life.

Pro-Level Milky Way Shots
Captured in One Tap

More Freedom to Frame, a Wider View
Starry Sky Mode supports multiple Milky Way stitching options.

One-Tap Milky Way Arch, 8K Masterpieces Instantly

Freeze the Ground, Two Worlds in Perfect Focus

Intelligently detects and locks the foreground landscape, processing it separately from the sky. Landscape freeze duration can be customized. Stars stay sharp during tracking while the landscape remains clear and natural, creating crisp, striking astro landscapes.

Intelligent Constellation Recognition

Recognize constellation lines and labels with one tap, then quickly GOTO the target.

Even beginners can easily find their own constellation.

Star Trail Masterpieces, Effortless.

Long-exposure star trail captures can be automatically turned into dynamic videos, showing the night sky moving over time for more impactful results.

Sun. Moon. Action.

Seestar makes it easy to capture sunspots, lunar surface details, and rare celestial events such as solar and lunar eclipses. More than a pocket observatory for the night sky, it also serves as a super-telephoto viewing camera for daytime use. From birdwatching and distant landscapes to rocket launches, Seestar is ready to capture it all.

Long Battery Life. Big Storage. Keep Inspiration Going.

Upgraded to a 10,000mAh battery, with up to 9 hours of stargazing.

More peace of mind for all-night observation and more fun for camping under the stars.

Plan Mode

Let Seestar Handle Your Night Sky Workflow

Effortless All-Night Shooting

Set it once and leave it to run all night.

Generate a shooting plan with one tap

Multi-Target Continuous Shooting

Automatically switches targets by plan to capture more celestial objects efficiently.

Equatorial Mode

Offsets the effect of Earth's rotation when tracking celestial targets, enabling stable tracking and longer exposures so objects stay "still" in the frame.

Seestar S50 Pro features a precision drive system with near-zero backlash. Combined with Equatorial Mode, it delivers faster, smoother tracking and fine adjustments for a significant boost in imaging efficiency.

New Upgraded Tripod. Stability, Leveled Up.

Adjustable Angle

More balanced three-point load distribution for a steadier setup

AI Assistant

Your Stargazing Friend.

The AI assistant helps with observation, imaging, celestial knowledge, and operation guidance.

Just say the celestial target you want to see. It quickly searches the target, performs GOTO positioning, and starts capture, making stargazing more natural and efficient.

Remote Control

Connect to Your Starry-Sky Device from Anywhere

Keep remote devices under control so weather, location, and time no longer limit your imaging efficiency.

Connect remotely to observe, capture, and organize files with ease. Whether your local sky is cloudy, heavily light-polluted, or in daylight, you can connect to a device in a better observing location and keep creating.

Advanced Features. Go Further.

Seestar gives advanced creators more freedom.

Open Expansion

Supports the open ASCOM Alpaca protocol and connects to third-party astronomy software such as N.I.N.A., expanding automated observation and advanced imaging workflows.

From a smart stargazing device to an open astronomy creation platform.
