Levenhuk Skyline PLUS 60T Telescope is a classic refractor that will entice the explorers of outer space. It comes with an equatorial mount and an extended set of optical accessories – even a demanding user will appreciate capabilities of this telescope. You can observe phases of Venus, Jupiter's planetary ring, Saturn's rings, and lunar craters larger than 8km (5mi) diameter. The outer edge of the Solar system is less visible but discernable. The telescope is designed for beginner users.

The lenses, made of fully coated glass, transmit a sharp, detailed image without aberrations or fogging. An equatorial mount is used for operating the telescope. It can be used for performing astronomy observations on the starry sky, and you can observe fast Mercury, and planetary transit round the sun, as well as the International Space Station above the Earth. It will take some time to learn how to control the mount, but you will soon appreciate its advantages. An optical finderscope with a 5x magnification helps to find objects in the sky.

The telescope is mounted on a durable aluminum tripod with adjustable height. It reliably stands even on rough surfaces, does not swing in strong wind, holding the telescope with a mount and counterweight. An accessory tray is easily installed on a tripod (included in the kit).

The kit includes optical accessories that allow to start observing right away. Three eyepieces provide you with an opportunity to quickly choose optimal magnification for exploring different astronomy objects, while a diagonal mirror helps observing terrestrial objects. Like all telescopes, Levenhuk Skyline PLUS 60T Telescopes, it transmits an image flipped upside down that is inconvenient for terrestrial observations. The diagonal mirror corrects it and brings the image back to its ordinary way.
