Sky-Watcher EQ3 on steel tripod

This heavy-duty EQ3 mount features 360-degree worm-gear tracking controls on both axes, large knob-style R.A. and Dec. lock bolts, dual metal setting circle dials, a latitude adjustment screw, and a built-in polar scope holder. It can be fitted with both single and double axis motor drive for auto-tracking. Tripod legs come in 2 versions: aluminum or steel. Please see product name for version.

iOptron Permanent Pier

The iOptron permanent piers constructed from aluminum alloy and 5mm thick wall tubing. The thicker wall ensures reduced vibration and increased system stability. Four aluminum side struts are welded between the pier tube and the base plate to eliminate side flexure of the tube assembly under heavy or off-center loads.
