Sky-Watcher’s SmartPhoto™ adaptor allows you to capture photos or video with your smartphone camera through the eyepiece of your telescope.

Sky-Watcher SmartPhoto Camera Adapter main

Unlike many smartphone adaptors, the SmartPhoto™ adaptor is remarkably simple to use. The smartphone is first clamped securely in the protective foam-lined jaws of the adaptor, and by loosening the other clamping bolt, the smartphone camera can be easily centred over the eyepiece by moving the smartphone either backwards, forwards or pivoting sideways. The adaptor is secured to the eyepiece with two plastic screws.

The adaptor is compatible with Sky-Watchers Super-MA, Super Plossl and Ultrawide 1.25” eyepieces (with the rubber eyecup removed) as well as many standard 1.25” eyepieces of other brands with a diameter up to 34mm.

Nice kit with good selection of quality lenses and a case that is strurdy and will stand many mishaps and protect your lenses in the field. I was able to add 3 more locations for some of my existing lenses.
