Orion EZ Finder II

The Orion EZ Finder II Telescope Reflex Sight makes it easy to aim your telescope accurately.

For a lot of us, aiming a telescope at the right spot in the sky can be challenging. Most standard finder scopes yields a magnified, upside-down image compared to the naked-eye view, which can be confusing if not downright frustrating to use when trying to accurately point a telescope at an object of interest.

Take confusion and frustration out of the aiming equation with the Orion EZ Finder II Reflex Sight. It's a non-magnifying sighting device that superimposes a tiny, LED-powered red dot, focused at infinity, on the sky. After a simple initial alignment procedure, the red dot, which is centered in a wide window with a 10° field of view, shows exactly where your telescope is pointed. Just place the red dot on the area you want to investigate with the attached telescope, and you're done!

The brightness of the red dot is adjustable to suit your preference. Thumbwheels allow fine positioning of the dot horizontally and vertically for precise alignment with the main telescope.

You can install the EZ Finder II on virtually any telescope, be it a refractor, reflector, or Cassegrain. The Orion EZ Finder II comes equipped with a dovetail bracket that fits the quick-release dovetail mounting base on many Orion telescopes. The bracket provides enough height for extra clearance from the optical tube for easier viewing access. For installation on other telescopes, a dovetail base can be purchased separately.

EZ Finder II reflex sights runs on a 3-volt lithium battery (CR-2032, included). Weighs 2.8 oz. including bracket; 4-3/4" long.

80PHQ inherits the optical design of the PHQ family, adopting a 3+1 quadruplet lens structure which contains two pieces of ED glass that can effectively reduce chromatic aberration and enhance clarity and sharpness. It’s worth mentioning that all astrographs from the PHQ family come with an integrated lens combination rather than simply placing three major lenses and a corrector together in a line. In other words, the whole optical system cannot solely perform without any piece of these lenses. This structure design leads to a more rational lens arrangement, better vignette control and superior image quality. The focal ratio of 80PHQ is f/7.5. It’s a “long” focal-ratio astrograph compared with other counterparts from Askar. It’s a little bit longer even compared with 107PHQ which is f/7 in focal ratio.

จากที่ได้ลองใช้ 2-3 วัน ราคาเกือบ 4 พัน ตอนแรกคิดว่า จะมองเห็นดวงจันทร์หรือเปล่าหลังจากประกอบตัวกล้องเสร็จ ลองหยิบเลนส์ขนาด 20 mm ส่องดูดวงจันทร์มีขนาดเล็ก เห็นพื้นผิวหลุมยังไม่ค่อยชัดเจน ลองเปลี่ยนเลนส์ ขนาด 10 mm ขนาดดวงจันทร์ชัดเจนขึ้น ขนาดของพื้นผิวหลุดชัดเจน
