Levenhuk LabZZ D1 Telescope is a compact Newtonian reflector on a Dobsonian mount. With this model, you can study the details of the lunar surface, the Solar system planets and even bright deep space objects. The optics minimize aberrations, and provide sharp and contrast images in the field of view. This telescope is easy to manage, that is why it is a perfect model to start your journey to the mysteries of space. You can take this compact and lightweight telescope wherever you wish: to the countryside, to school, and so on.
The basic configuration of the telescope provides magnifications up to 100x. Eyepieces and a Barlow lens can be combined to get the best magnification for studying different objects. An optical tube is installed on a wooden Dobsonian mount. This tabletop mount does not require any special adjustment and is very easy to handle – this is one of the best options for visual observations. The mount can be rotated 360 degrees, and moves horizontally or vertically.
Levenhuk LabZZ D1 is an excellent telescope for a young explorer and a great opportunity to observe celestial objects in a quick and easy way.
A fun telescope indeed! You'll enjoy hours of stellar exploration with this amazing little tabletop reflector telescope. Designed specifically with first-time telescope buyers in mind, the Levenhuk LabZZ D1 is a great way to "test the waters" of stargazing - affordably!
But what can you see with it? The LabZZ D1 is no toy, it's a real reflecting telescope with a 76mm (3") diameter polished spherical mirror which allows you to capture 60% more light than a typical 60mm beginner's telescope. More light gathered means the LabZZ D1 will provide views of the cosmos that are brighter and clearer than views in smaller diameter telescopes. With the LabZZ D1 reflector telescope, the whole family can observe the Moon, Saturn's rings, as well as Jupiter and its four brightest moons, all under light-polluted skies. Under dark skies, even star clusters, emission nebulas and some of the brighter galaxies are not beyond reach.
The LabZZ D1's tabletop mount arrives pre-assembled in the box and provides a sturdy and compact foundation for the telescope with smooth motion in altitude (up and down) and azimuth (left and right) axes.
Weighing just 4 lbs., the ultra-portable LabZZ D1 reflector telescope can go with you just about anywhere! It makes a great gift for anytime of the year, and is sure to get "oohs" and "aahs" under the tree during the holiday season.
Who knew so much fun for the whole family could come in such a small and affordable package? See for yourself and pick up a LabZZ D1 today!
